NEW v2.0 Atari ST DIN13 to VGA Adaptor Low-Medium/High Switchable with Audio Out

£42.00

New V2.0 With audio out jack - especially useful for STs and Megas which do not have the RCA phono outputs!

Want to hook up your ST or STE to a modern VGA monitor but lack the willpower to figure out how to get the low and medium resolutions to play nicely with the high resolution? Then look no further, if you have a compatible monitor, this is the gadget for you!

Simply plug into the back of your ST and and your monitor VGA into it and use the switch on top to switch between LOW-MEDIUM and HIGH resolutions out to your monitor. The adaptor takes care of hooking up the right signals to the right places.

Make sure your monitor can handle the horizontal frequency of 15.75 kHz and you are good to go. There are plenty of modern monitors capable of this, just head over to http://15khz.wikidot.com/ and see if yours is listed.

All due respect to Urban Johnson and his original UBE Video Switch design and to every other creator of wonderful the retro hardware that keeps our machines going!
